One thing I’ve noticed is the fact there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banking companies intentions any time talking about foreclosure. One myth in particular is the fact that the bank wants your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned money, not your home. They want the bucks they gave you along with interest.
