This sign is located in the Miniature Museum of Taiwan. Next to it is a ladder that leads up into the ceiling (the museum is located in the basement of an office building). I suspect it’s there in case the miniature witches come to life.
After escaping to the ground floor, we discovered why the temples we visited earlier in the day had deep channels dug around the buildings and footpaths.
